At wind’n’sails, we are committed to maintaining a responsible and ethical supply chain. We uphold the highest legal and ethical standards, including a zero-tolerance policy for slavery and human trafficking. In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, we take proactive steps to ensure our suppliers meet these standards and continuously enhance our practices to prevent any form of forced labor. Our approach includes the following key initiatives.

Verification

wind’n’sails conducts thorough evaluations of its direct suppliers to assess risks related to human trafficking, slavery, and other social compliance factors. In select cases, we also engage third-party organizations to verify compliance. If noted facts are brought to wind ‘n’ sails attention that there is any violations wind ‘n’ sails will immediately take action and stop doing business with any suppliers or manufactures that is in violation.

Auditing

Our dedicated in-house factory compliance team, under the direction of executive leadership, ensures that all factories meet wind’n’sails rigorous standards. To strengthen our efforts, we also partner with a globally recognized third-party audit firm. We conduct ongoing risk assessments and both scheduled and unscheduled on-site audits to verify compliance. Our standards strictly prohibit the use of labor from victims of human trafficking or slavery. If noted facts are brought to wind ‘n’ sails attention that there is any violations wind ‘n’ sails will immediately take action and stop doing business with any suppliers or manufactures that is in violation.

Certification

For ensuring that all wind’n’sails products are to the best of our knowledge are assumed to be manufactured under safe, humane, and ethical working conditions. This begins with a rigorous selection process for our supply chain partners, ensuring they align with our core values of respect and equality. As a condition of doing business with us, all partners must adhere to the wind’n’sails Code of Conduct, which explicitly bans the use of forced labor or trafficking victims. Internal Accountability

Accountability for enforcing wind’n’sails ethical standards is upheld at both the executive and operational levels. Our processes ensure continuous monitoring of supply chain partners for compliance with our Code of Conduct. If any partner fails to meet our standards regarding forced or trafficked labor, immediate corrective action is required. If adequate improvements are not made, we will terminate the business relationship. Training

We provide comprehensive training on the wind’n’sails Code of Conduct to employees directly involved in our supply chain. This ensures they are well-informed about the risks of human trafficking and slavery and are equipped to implement measures that prevent such violations.

Shipping Carrier & Returns

 Update Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If you have received tracking information, your package has already left our facility. For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page, as these shipments fall outside our standard delivery window
