Afterpay

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows customers to make purchases now and pay in four equal bi-weekly payments with no interest.

How to Use Afterpay

• Select Afterpay at checkout.
• First-time users will need to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard).
• Returning users can log into their Afterpay account and complete the order.
• The total order must be between $35 and $1,000 to be eligible for Afterpay.

Afterpay Payment Schedule

• The first payment is made at the time of purchase.
• The remaining three payments are automatically charged every two weeks.
• Early payments can be made directly through the Afterpay account.

What If I Can’t Make a Payment?

• If funds are unavailable or a payment is missed, late fees may apply.

Where Can Afterpay Be Used?

• Afterpay is only available for purchases made on windnsails.com.
• It cannot be used at any physical retail store locations.

Shipping & Returns with Afterpay

• Orders placed using Afterpay follow Wind ‘n’ Sails' standard shipping policy. Visit the Shipping FAQs page for details.
• Returns of items purchased with Afterpay will be refunded as a Wind ‘n’ Sails E-Gift Card in accordance with the Return Policy.

Who Can Use Afterpay?

• Available only to U.S. customers with a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, U.S. Visa or Mastercard, and U.S. mobile phone number.
• International customers are not eligible to use Afterpay.

Transaction Limits for Afterpay

• The total purchase amount must be between $35 and $1,000.

Shop Pay Installments

How Shop Pay Installments Works

• Allows customers to pay in full at checkout or split the purchase into four equal bi-weekly interest-free payments.
• Available for orders between $50 and $3,000.
• No additional fees, interest, or late charges apply.

Eligibility for Shop Pay Installments

• Customers must reside in the U.S. and register for Shop Pay.
• Orders must be between $50 and $3,000, including taxes and shipping.
• Some payment methods, including Capital One cards and prepaid cards, are not accepted for Shop Pay Installments.

Managing Shop Pay Installments

• Orders and payment schedules can be viewed and managed within the Shop App.
• Customers can make manual payments or update payment methods through the app.

Gift Cards

Does Wind ‘n’ Sails Offer Gift Cards?

Yes, Wind ‘n’ Sails E-Gift Cards are available for purchase.

E-Gift Card Details

• The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift Card code, which can be forwarded to the intended recipient.
• E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
• Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.

How to Use an E-Gift Card or Promo Code

• During checkout, select "Add a discount code or a gift card" to enter the promo code or gift card details.
• Promo codes cannot be used on gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
