Gift Card Terms

These Gift Card Terms apply to gift cards issued by Wind ’n’ Sails. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Wind ’n’ Sails gift card, you agree to these terms.

Wind ’n’ Sails gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases through our website, subject to these terms and any applicable restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Gift cards may be used toward the purchase price of eligible merchandise, including applicable taxes and other charges where permitted.

If the total purchase amount exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Wind ’n’ Sails gift cards do not expire.

We do not charge inactivity, dormancy, or maintenance fees that reduce the value of a Wind ’n’ Sails gift card.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

If merchandise purchased with a Wind ’n’ Sails gift card is returned, any refund attributable to the amount paid with the gift card may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Please treat your gift card and gift card information like cash.

Wind ’n’ Sails is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization, except as required by applicable law.

If you believe a gift card has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization, please contact Customer Care. We may request reasonable information to verify the original purchase and investigate the matter. Replacement or restoration of value is not guaranteed except where required by law.

Gift cards may not be resold or transferred for value in connection with unauthorized commercial activity. Wind ’n’ Sails reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review gift cards associated with suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Promotional, complimentary, loyalty, or other gift cards provided without payment may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, or expiration provisions where permitted by applicable law. Any such conditions will be disclosed in connection with the applicable promotion or offer.

A Wind ’n’ Sails gift card is not a credit card, debit card, or bank-issued payment card and cannot be used to obtain cash except where required by applicable law.

We may modify these Gift Card Terms from time to time as permitted by applicable law. Any changes will not reduce rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived or modified.

These Gift Card Terms supplement our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies. If any provision of these Gift Card Terms conflicts with applicable law, applicable law will control.
