- Opt Out – Opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling, as provided by applicable law.
- Sensitive Data – Exercise applicable rights regarding the collection or processing of sensitive personal data.
- Voice and Facial Recognition Data – Exercise applicable rights concerning the collection of personal data through voice or facial recognition technology.
Exercising Your Rights
Where applicable, you may exercise your privacy rights through our Privacy Preferences page or by contacting us at privacy@windnsails.com.
We may take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity before processing certain requests. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
You are not required to create a new account solely to exercise your privacy rights.
Appeals
If we decline to take action on an applicable privacy request, you may have the right to appeal our decision.
You may submit an appeal by contacting privacy@windnsails.com and including sufficient information for us to identify the request and review our decision.
Authorized Agents
